Business Service
MoreDan Software is a service designed for businesses, both large and small. The service is not intended for use by individual consumers. The information we request is business information. Please do not provide us with personal contact information (for example, home address or email address). Any personal individual information you provide will be treated as information that identifies your business. |
Children
MoreDan Software is a business service. Therefore, minors (those under 18 years old) are not eligible to use the site and no portion of the site is directed toward them. We do not knowingly solicit any personal information about minors or market to minors. |

Whether or not your company registers for the MoreDan Software service, we automatically track information related to use of the site while you are on the site. Further, as part of a transaction, we may automatically send the buyer and/or seller the contact information for the other party (like business name and email address) so that the parties to a transaction can communicate directly and/or consummate the transaction. |
Industry Specialists
When you submit an Inquiry, it may be viewable by Industry Specialists or other authorized members of MoreDan Software's or its affiliates' Trade Services teams. The sole purpose of the Trade Services teams is to facilitate dialogue and trade between Members, and team members may forward inquiries and information to, or reply on behalf of, business partners as deemed appropriate. |
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Cookies also enable MoreDan Software to track and target your interests to enhance your experience on the site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers, like Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, appears locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing." MoreDan Software's security measures include backing up data to other servers and encrypting Members' passwords. Despite these security measures, please be advised that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. |
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect Members' information offline. All of our Members' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (like a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on the company's security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which MoreDan Software stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage. |

Supplementation of Information
For MoreDan Software to properly fulfill its obligation to our Members, it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd-party sources. |
For example, to determine if you qualify to use the site, we may use your name and social security number to request a credit report. Once we determine credit-worthiness, this document is destroyed. |
Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If your personally identifiable information changes (like your ZIP Code), or if you no longer want MoreDan Software's services, we will attempt to correct, update, or remove the personal data that you provided us. This can usually be done in your Account or by emailing our customer support. |

We also send Members site and service announcement updates—emails regarding activity related to your Account—like a response to a Request for Information, or emails requesting action from you relating to your trading activities. However, you are given opportunities to "opt-out" of having certain information used for purposes not directly related to the MoreDan Software site. For example, you may choose to conduct transactions through MoreDan Software without receiving marketing materials. |
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners, you can opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the email. |
